If you are going to Phoenix International Raceway for Nascar, Country Thunder, University of Phoenix Stadium, Spring Training, Burning Man, Stagecoach, Coachella, Bonnaroo, King of Hammers or any other special event please call for prices and deposit information. Listed rates may not apply for these special events. If you are visiting Sedona, Grand Canyon, Flagstaff or anywhere that may experience winter weather, please note this RV cannot be driven in winter weather conditions. The RV is not permitted to be driven out of the country and into Mexico or Canada.
Sales Tax, $150 Cleaning and Sanitation Fee, Mileage Overage ($0.40/mi for miles over 150 per day) and Generator Use ($3 per hour when used more than 4 hours per day) are additional

Holding tank must be emptied prior to return of the vehicle or be subject to an additional dump charge of up to $50.
The generator charge is $3 per hour as determined by an installed running time meter. You can save on this expense by staying in locations that have electrical hookups and not leaving the generator running when you are not in the vehicle. A generator is only needed for the coach air conditioner, microwave and electrical outlets. A generator is not necessary for normal vehicle operation and is subject to frequent service interruption.
